Gaming meets fashion with Super Mario Bros. Converse!

Fun and fashion merge for the 25th anniversary of the now classic Super Mario Brothers game with  Special Edition pairs of  game themed converse sneakers!  Chuck Taylor -  meet Mario, the Princess, and a couple of bad guys as well.  Take a look:

Now, I’m not a converse gal myself, but I must admit these sneakers are colorful & cute!  Keep your eyes peeled folks – there are 2 more pairs as well that’ll be available starting in July, and the designs featured here will become available in August.  I’m sure they’ll go quick so be sure to get them while you can!

Shop for your wedding dress – in the candy aisle!

I think I may have just come across the candy bar’s biggest fan.  I thought it was me (I do love my chocolate), but alas, I must admit that there is a woman out there who loves Hershey bars even more than I do.  Enough to create her wedding dress out of the wrappers of her beloved chocolate bars!  Take a look:

Candy wrapper fashion isn’t exactly my style, but I really think this dress is quite cool.   And sometimes you just have to do something a little outrageous!  This lucky couple held their wedding at the famous sweet shop Dylan’s Candy Bar in NYC.  Looks like a fun concept to me!  And, as a bonus, consider all the candy she (or they, if they roll like that) got to eat as a sacrifice to style.  The only danger – actually fitting into it after devouring all that chocolate!

Wanna be a stalker? There’s an app for that!

Get a custom conversation heart image!

I thought this was a cool little tool and I wanted to share it with you guys, it’s a candy heart generator!  You can get a cute little image of a classic conversation heart with the words of your choice.  Created by Acme Labs, the heart maker lets you enter up to 2 lines of text, four letters each (those hearts are small!) to create your own custom image of a candy heart to share on websites, blogs, create e-cards or for whatever you like.  The interface is super simple, you just enter in one or two lines of text and you’re set.  You can also choose the color of your heart.  Check out one that I created:

Free Vector Pack – Circles, Circles Everywhere!
